An Introduction to User Experience.

What is User Experience/UX ?

the process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product.

For example, if we analogize it with chair, a chair’s user experience would be determined by its comfort, durability, and even its aesthetic appeal. You could have the most beautiful chair, but if it’s uncomfortable to sit in, the user experience is poor.

If we talk about UX design

by definition, UX design is focuses on ensuring that a product or service is easy to use, accessible, and enjoyable for the customer. This involves understanding the user’s needs and goals, creating a design that meets these needs, and continuously testing and refining the design based on user feedback.

From there, we can conclude that when you create a UX design, you need to provide comfort and ease for users.
